Grandparents locked girl in bathroom for Six years

I think that it was very wrong of the grandparents to lock up a three year old girl in a bathroom for 6 years. Even if the girl did something bad she deserve a six year punishment. The little girl should of told her teacher so that the teacher could call child services and they could of took her away.
